What will you provide to the community as staff (150+ words) As a staff member I strive to make the community happy and work hard to get that to happen, I work well on my own and with others in new situations finding ways around issues and problems that face me head on. I keep everyones side of the story in mind when making verdicts and attempted to gather/provide evidence if I need it in the future. I have an all-round postitive and friendly attutide I can also take jokes in a good manner. I enjoy challenging and new enviroments and love to make people smile.
